delayed gyno...letro?

last may i did a cycle of sd and saw great results...i took nothing during the cycle, and used a nolva/clomid combo for my pct....this worked until about two months later when i felt a lump under my right nipple...to note i have had a similar lump before during puberty...i had it checked and the doctor said it was nothing to worry about, but i dont think he is that knowledgable about gyno. I want to try a cycle of letro maybe coupled with nolva...would this help? what kind of dosage should i use?
