Dehydration and ADD meds

I red somewhere stimulation induced by ADD meds, DMAA and PW can be canceled by dehydration. Is this true ?

Since few years I drink about 1 liter water daily. SRS I can take 20 mg of MPH IR, 65 mg DMAA or a scoop of stimul8 and go to sleep, next days I just feel very constipated.

Anyone experienced this ?

Yeah i have experienced the constipation from Methylphenidate. Also found I could sleep on it but not deep sleep.

Dexamohetamine however, no chance of sleep.
