Defeating Back Pumps

I am currently on my first Test E cycle 500mg/wk and kick started with celtic one (M1T)

I got some back pumps towards the end of the M1T cycle and used Taurine at about 10g a day and it didn't seem to help whatsoever. I drink 1.5-2.5 gallons of water a day so my water intake is fine and i've eased on the sodium as well and have been taking potassium and magnesium also.

What are some other ways to try to combat the back pumps? I heard that electrolyte pills can help but I am already on 400mg of magnesium and 200mg of potassium gluconate. And also heard some people take cranberry extract? Has anybody done this?

The reason I really want to find a cure is because i'm going to be adding Epistane at the back end of my cycle and I have taken it before and gotten the worst back pumps of my life so I am just trying to figure out what all to take so I can prepare before starting the Epi.

Any advice is appreciated Thanks!

Hydration is key. Try some stretching/yoga. I had my doctor prescribe me maximum-strength Naproxen Sodium for occasional back pumps. You can just go to the local store and pick up some Aleve too. Also you can try getting a deep-tissue massage.
