Haven't used it personally but looks like it have some good pump ingredients. Usually i just buy individual ingredients similar to ingredients in this product and then choose my own dosage. But can't say too much about this product cause i havent used it.

I think the amount of Vit C is not enough.
Would add at least 100mg for safety reasons

That'd be arguably too much Vit C (note that I said "arguably" as I'm not sure what would be considered too much :)).

Yeah, it is solid.
But I'd stick to PES High Volume, which has a better profile.
An insider is about to drop, so make sure you are in (register at the PES website)

Pes high volume is great on the label but i prefer vaso grow becouse i know is a gluten free and manufactured where processes facility milk and soy (no gluten or wheat) i'm celiac and i think vaso grow is great for the nitrate supplementation.
In the future i will try
