Decimating BF with Double S

Ok folks so took (2) caps with lunch which held me over for about 4-5 hours. Again this definitely seems to work well with food.

So I will be wrapping this up shortly and will be giving my final assessment soon.

As always I am very appreciative for the opportunity to try and log this product.

So like any product effects are different from individual to individual.

For me:

When taken on an empty stomach (1 or 2 caps) I really didn't feel a thing and let me say I am not a caffiene freak
Taken with food is where the sweet spot is, didn't feel a thermo effect (note - this product does not state this) but appetite is crushed, for me anywhere from 4-5 hours

My wife

She has taken 2 caps first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and she losses all apppetite. One point, taken at 6 am and didnt feel like eating until 4 pm.

I did seem to lean out slightly but of course this is with training 2x a day as well as a pretty good food intake.

So overall analysis

If you are looking for a thermo that wil light you up, increase sweating etc etc then this isn't it.

If you are looking for something smooth that will demolish your appetite then this is certainly it.
