I recently received a free bottle of AMS DecaVol

NorAndrostene-3b-ol, 17-one. 1ml/12mg

What exactly is this?
Is it safe to run at 19?
Does it require PCT?

Any info would sure clear things up

This is a prohormone and you should not use it at your age. Sell it on the forums or trade it.

19 nor-dhea, converts into 19nor androstenedione or 19nor androstenediol, then either of those can convert into 19nor-testosterone.

it is not for the inexperienced. I actually wish I could get some of the decavol, cant afford it.

I would recomend saving it for down the road. I would imagine this would stack great with hdrol.

get another bottle too.
