What your taking is suppressive and all standard measures should be taken, I know it happens that sometimes we take someting without knowing what it is first but this isnt something to take lightly as you have no idea how your body may respond to h's or what your starting test levels were in the first place and how quickly you can get shutdown... specially with a deca precursor.

search this section and youll get plenty of adequate answers or even check the steroid section where you can see other gus logging their cycle and pct and just copy that. An AI and test booster at the least should be taken but a cortisol product and serm are suggested as well to help restore the lipids, HTPA and ensure no estrogen rebound occurs.
