this is for my friend, he's a first time user, he's done a cycle of m1t and M5aa before...I'm somehwat experience in aas usage...

he's planning on doing an 8week cycle of deca (300) and test 250 (sustanon)

I recommended he do m/th shots 1cc test 250 2x a week and .5 cc deca 2x week in the same syringe...

test 500mgs weekly
deca 300mgs weekly

and proper pct of course...oh and what's the deal with the last week or two do I keep the test running longer to clear with the deca...?

sound right guys?
 
I'm not a big fan of Sust, or Omna, or any other test blend because of the varying esters.

Your opinion on pinning 2x week will not be suitable for the Prop component in the Sust. To keep stable blood levels and alleviate any chance of sides related to the fluctuations, you must pin EOD at least.

If he already has the Sust and Deca, then tell him to pin 0.5cc's EOD with the sust. And I would do 400mg's weekly of Deca.

Also, Deca for 8 weeks isn't long enough IMO. I'd go 12 weeks and continue the test for 2 weeks afterwards AT LEAST.

(in reality Deca clears after a month, but people are pissed to hear that)

Run the infamous pct calculator to get a clue on paper. Anectodal evidence might contradict it though.

this has been covered at least a million times ... do a SEARCH

deca shouldn't be run for less than 12 weeks .. sust and all blends for that matter suck for many reasons ... and deca clears a week after enan and cyp .. but its different with blends .. tell him not to use a blend

and do a SEARCH!!!
 
you dont like blends. (period) or just not to be combined with deca...can you explain, i'm just curious I know a ton of peope who use test 250 (which I belive is sustanon) 2x a week...
