deca & sustanon

About to start a cycle of 400mg deca & 500mg of sustanon a week, my question is, would it be better to do 1 injection a week of each or 2-3 smaller injections say every other day?

you should inject sustanon every other day at least but deca you only need to pin twice a week. For simplicity I'd inject sust EOD and deca e4d.
