deca & sustanon

Need some help, I plan on taking 400mg deca & 500mg sustanon a week, is it better to do one injection of each? or split up the dosages? Thanks
 
Hey bro,

From what I understand you are supposed to have double the amount of test then you have of deca ie 500mg test and 250mg deca. From experience I can say that if the amount of test isn't atleast double your deca you will get more severe side effects. (Deca dick). In terms of doses, you might want to inject 2x a week rather then 1x to avoid hypertension and keep your hormones balanced.

...youre completely wrong! 2x?? no no no... deca is baseline 2mg per LB.. im 200 right now.. so youre saying 400mgs of deca but 800mg of test? no..NO. while we are at it are we gunna run deca without caber and no AI?

He asked about time spacing. And yes 2x a week will reduce the amount if hypertension . It's just a fact. He said nothing about and AI sooo I have no idea where your coming from. I am speaking from experience, and unless you are aswell your argument is invalid
 
I am 39yrs old, 5'10, 180lbs bf around 15% this would be my first cycle in close to 15yrs, so I guess you could say its like my first, thanks

I would rec 2x a week. if this is first cycle i rec only the test for 12-14 weeks. drop the deca and use it next time, maybe at 300mg ew to start

Dont forget an AI and PCT, for pct i rec Clomid and Tamox. AI Dex or low dose Letro i like.

lol you ignored my doing question.. so stop with BS.. dont recommend something that you think you know personally.. post studies and then ill listen.
