Sorry, I should have specified. I assumed it was all 250mg/ml, which is what mine is. I'm running a little over 500/500mgs a week. I've been on for only like 4 days, but I've noticed I have fuller pumps. Can't wait to see what it's like 3 weeks from now.
I noticed I seem to be filling out a little. I assume it's from water retention from the test, yeah?
Also, should I wait to bump my caloric intake a lot higher for the next couple of weeks, or just go gungho right off the bat?
