Throwing all controlled substances into the same category is stupid. Making the same rules for oxycontin, testosterone, modafinil, pregabalin, etc, makes no sense. They need to split these drugs into different categories. I get why they want to buckle down on things like Xanax and opiates, but hormone replacement and other mild controlled substances don't belong in the tele restrictions.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people commented in regards to TRT and public comment does make a big difference. If there is another chance for comment I hope we make a lot of noise in support of letting us carry on as we currently do. Making a lot of noise is what will stop HRT from being restricted and every individual who makes their opinion known goes a long way.

If they really CARED about benzos and opiates they would be doing something, like I don't know..................giving a **** about the tons of fentanyl crossing the southern imaginary border.

The original law was, IMHO, designed more for control and wanting to keep you in a broken system of multiple dr. visits to get your meds.

Worst case scenario it goes back to the old system, which I was in for years. You need to go to a GP once a year for a physical and they sign a sheet that you send to your HRT clinic. It was pretty easy, it's just the current system is even easier.
