DC's cycles on pennies?

What ever happened to the link to this? It doesn't work anymore. And I can't get it from the animalkits site either since you have to be a full member now. Does anyone have this thread kicking around anywhere. I just want start DC's training and I need to get the workout from it. Can anyone help me out?

It is a great read, he pretty much covers everything there......but you had best have a LOT of spare time on your hands, damned thing is LONGGGGG!!
