DCP & Xenadrine RFX-A adding IGF2

Need some advice or opinions. Both will be helpful.

Currently wanting to do a recomp.

Going to use DCP and Xenadrine RFA-X.
Or maybe going with the DCP and Leviathon reloaded stack.

My question is would adding IGF-2 be worth while to help keep strength up??

Wanting to lose 1-2 inches in my waist line.
Going to run 300 - 400 calories below maitenance level for calories.

I'm 5'11" and 180lbs 48 years old.
Currently got a good start to a 4 pack just wanting to finish it off.

So what do you guys think
 
from 4pac to 6pac is also what i'm doing right now and lemme tell you it's ungodly hard.

4-pac can be 10-13% bodyfat, maybe even a tad higher
6-pac, the one that you can be proud to show, is definitely going to be <8%

not that I'm there yet, but i went from 11% to about 10.5% over the past few days.

key points are incrementally turn your cutting up a notch. whether it's the introduction of more low carb days, a bit more cardio each time, or a whole new session.. you must continue to keep your body guessing.

at a 400 below maintenance, and your standard workout routine, you'll lose to a point and then you will plateau... obviously that makes sense right? It's like trying to get a huge chest by constantly doing the same weight for the same reps week after week.

cutting is no different, aside from the fact it's much easier to add some weight to your exercise as opposed to adding 15 mins of cardio, dropping more carbs, etc.

dont know about the IGF-2, but make sure diet is in check, add some HIIT training in there and of course lots of cardio getting from the 4-pac to 6-pac is extremely tough im working my way to just shred weight off so i can show my 6pac so i know how you feel, seems like you got it all down, dont know alot about your stack, of DCP xenadrine, RFA-X stack but ive heard amazing things about the DCP/leviathan so hope it all works out for ya

Already doing the HIIT training on my Eliptical.

Adjusting diet to cycle carbs and I'm going to order the Leviathon reloaded to stack and use the Xenadrine later on for energy.

Still wondering if adding the IGF-2 is worth the expense. Its a good product, just not sure if it will help during cutting.

It might have helped to put this in AN's forum. I have used the IGF-2 with DCP to help with strength and DOMS. It worked well for me.

Decided to go ahead and give it a try.

So I started today. Always looking for a new stack that I can respond to. My old body needs to stay confused. :boggled:
 
LOL Honestly sometimes I think just adding something in and trying it is the best action. We all respond differently and it might just be what you need.
