Sure you can, but it's not advisable. On the other hand, Arnold would pop dbols like candy and nothing else for years.

Maybe AndroMass? I'd recommend any oral test-like ph would be better than nothing.

You can use it, split your dosages up and do a pct. stacking it with test would be better

If that's all you have to work with then that's all you have to work with. Don't go any longer than six weeks, and get ahold of some clomiphene for your PCT.
