What's up guys,

Long time lurker so I decided to post my cycle log moving forward in order to track my progress, keep myself accountable, and get some insight from other members while on cycle.

I'm will be running a low dose of Dbol along with Epistane for 8 weeks, at least that's what I hope for. I'm currently 37 years so my fear is that my body will not be able to tolerate the orals, much less for 8 weeks. I will have no problem pulling the plug if I start feeling like complete garbage.

Age:
37 years old

Height:
5'10

WEIGHT:
195.8 lbs - I will post official weight and body fat percentage on cycle start date. My weight tends to fluctuate but it has been hovering around the 193-197 lbs range.

GOALS:
Strength and size, while trimming fat at the same time. I've heard good things of Epistane being able to burn off the fat.

CYCLE:
RPN Havoc - Epistane - 20/20/20/30/30/30 + 30/30 maybe?
Geneza Pharmaceuticals - Dbol - 10/10/20/20/20/20 + 20/20 maybe?

ON CYCLE SUPPORTS:
5% Nutrition - Liver and Organ Defender (cycle assist)
CEL TUDCA - 500mg daily
Fish Oil
Multivitamin
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5) - Probably about 2-3 grams a day. I tend to get really oily skin on cycle. I've read that pantothenic acid slows down sebum production in glands, thus helping prevent or reduce acne on cycle. Whether its bullshit or not is still up for debate. I have the funds so I said why not.
Cialis 5mg-20mg (for blood pressure issues)
Carditone

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/25/25/25
Competitive Edge Labs - M-Test 6/6/6/6
TUDCA - 500mg daily
SNS - Reduce XT 0/0/3/3/3
Creatine - 5 grams a day
Fish Oil

*** I also have Ralox and exemestane on hand, if needed at any point of the cycle.

DIET
Current Macros:
250p, 350c, 60f

Food sources
1.5 - 2 gallons of water a day, Chicken, beef, potatoes, rice, bread (English muffins, bagel), honey, Greek yogurt, mixed nuts, cereal, veggies, fruit, protein powder, peanut butter, tuna, turkey bacon, ground beef & turkey, pasta, salmon.

Training:
5 days a week - Mon/Tues/Wednesday/Thurs/Sat

I have not started the cycle yet but the plan is within the next week or two. I am still waiting for a few more support supplements to arrive in the mail and may be going out of town for a small 4-5 day vacation.

Please feel free to critique my cycle or give me any tips you may have.

I like it. If someone dont wanna pin then low dose dbol, even 5-10mg works pretty well. And d-bol/epistane will pair nicely. As far as epistane burning fat.... it dont, it's just very dry so if your not gaining fat you will appear leaner without much weight change. It's a cosmetic thing that will only last while on cycle. With that being said, If you're fairly new to running cycles and your diet's on point you're most likely gonna build some muscle and loose fat.

Looks good. I like when a lurker comes out with some well laid out plans!….Get some astragalus…Keep this log going

Any reason why you are doing 8 weeks? I’ll probably do 6 weeks max but idk see if that works out for you and if it does maybe I’ll do the same my next cycle lol

The original plan was 6 weeks. My hope is that I can push it to to 8 weeks, If my body can handle it and my lipids, liver, kidneys, prostate, etc. aren’t completely trashed or if I notice gains stalling. I have no problem making it 6 weeks or shorter.

My reasoning is that, if I’m already on the sauce, then I might as well push it as long as I can tolerate it in order to solidify gains.

Just remember, weight gains on cycle does not equal muscle. If you gain 20lbs in 8 weeks you can probably hope to keep 5-8 and that's the gains. The rest is water, carbs, the extended pump ext. I'm only saying this cus many think they loose gains post cycle, you really dont tho, you loose the cosmetic stuff and the muscle tissue is what's left. Go look at 5-8lbs of chicken breast, if you add that to your frame you will be significantly more muscular! So dont think 5 measly pounds or whatever. The best pros who do this for a living and run cycles that are literally thousands of mgs of gear average 10lbs per year

Yes sir. I’m completely aware. I’m usually 10+ pounds heavier on cycle but easily lose 5 of those pounds each time in PCT.

I don’t have some unrealistic expectation of netting 20 pounds after PCT lol. I’ll be completely stoked if I end up with 5 pounds of muscle after this is all said and done .
