dbol dose timing?

The guy I got my gear off told me that its best to take your whole day's dosage of dbol in one go, for example if you're doing 30mg a day you would take 6x5mg tabs all in one go for breakfast each day.

However I told him that I had read that the half-life of dbol was only a few hours and therefore it was better to space out the dosage throughout the day, eg 2 tabs at breakfast, 2 tabs at lunch and 2 at dinner. He said that this wasnt so good because when you take it all at once your testosterone spikes higher and if you workout a couple of hours after you will feel it more.

Thoughts?
 
doesnt matter. full dose, half dose, quart dose......just do whatever u like best. im assuming ur using test as a base?

Hmm... With a half-life of a few hrs. I wonder if pulsing dbol on workout days would be better than using it in the beginning of a cycle or as a base. Idk - I try and stay away from orals if possible.
