Dbol before a test cycle?

No you run the dbol for the first 4 weeks of your test cycle,because depending on the ester test can take 4-6 weeks to see any results.

Yeah man, unless you are running test prop you might wanna get a kickstart before the test kicks in. Thats what dbol is for!

Cyp is also a long ester test like test e. It doesnt kick in until week 4-6. So if you wanna get things rollin before that you might wanna kickstart it with dbol. If you wanna use just test cyp you can also frontload the cyp by taking 1000mg/wk for the first two weeks and then drop it like 500mg/wk.

Ok thanks, well considering it would be my first cycle, would it be more recommended to kickstart it with D-bol instead of such a high mg/wk of test?
Or is another form of test better for a first cycle?

I'd go with dbol for sure! Cyp is fine just like test e would be. But if you are not afraid of the needles/hits and want to get started right away without fronloading the test or by taking the dbol you might wanna try test prop. It's a short ester test so you dont have to wait for it to kick in, only problem with the test prop is you should hit it ED or atleast EOD.

Well i was thinking of running test cyp for around 10 weeks with a 4 week dbol kickstart, no im not afraid of needles and such.
Was just planning on the dbol so that the frontloading of test cyp wouldnt shock my body as much.
But really i wouldn't mind taking a hit ED or EOD.

stick to one ester of testosterone for your first cycle. cyp or enan is perfect. fear of needles or not, pinning ed and eod is a pain in the ass. literally and figuratively.

as far as lay out

weeks 1-4 25-50mgs/day dbol (start low if your not seeing results bump it higher)
250Mgs test e/c monday and thu
weeks 4-10 250mgs test e/c mon/thu

weeks 1-16 exemestane 12.5mg eod
weeks 12-16 nolva 40/20/20/20, clomid 100/50/50/50

if gyno symptoms show up during cycle take 10-20mg nolva ed until its gone (the gyno not the nolva). the exemestane should take care of any e2 that would cause issues. have letro on hand just incase as well imo. best to keep your bases covered. alot of people on here say theres no need for both clomid and nolva. pick one or the other. IMO nolva is slightly better. clomid will work just fine but if you've had gyno issues i'd stick to nolva.

online sourcing can get dicey at best. if you know someone that uses an online supplier and knows that they're legit i'd ask who they use. there's a lot of scam sites out there, and theres also some legit ugl gear.

just out of curiousity what does your training/supplement/diet history actually look like?also how old are you? i think the "hardgainer" term is a bodybuilding.com myth, or at least very overused, just like having to eat every two to 3 hours including during the middle of the night otherwise you'll lose all your mass. if you share that with us maybe we'll be able to further assist you to help you to continue to further your gains naturally before you decide to use, or at least help you with your gains while your on.

Well i know i can get it from a source "friend", but online i find it easier to tell if its legit or not.
I know "you get what you pay for" but the source online is becoming quite pricey atm and dont know any more legit sources online.

I dont believe in "hard gainer" just i do burn calories very quickly and my weight can vary very much throughout a given day.

I have run SD matrix and Super dmz rx in 2 seperate cycles before which i found went very well, gained around 10-14 pouinds of maintainable muscle.
Supplements are now mainly just protein shakes and creatine.
My diet is quite strict consisting mainly of red meats,chicken, eggs, oats,pasta's ..the per usual stuff as mum is quite a fitness enthusiast i was bought up eating healthy.
Training for 4 years, 2 years seriously ..started due to anorexia so my gains have been quite high considering. training looks something like
mon - chest and tri's
Tuesday - back
wednesday - biceps and shoulders
thursday - legs
friday - arms and calfs
sat/sun - rest
Cardio EOD mainly to try stay lean.

if theres anything else required you want to know feel free to ask.
Would also appreciate any PM's about legit sources. if its not cheeky to ask

Everything looks pretty solid to me. Do you track your macros? If you dont i HIGHLY suggest doing so. I gained real easy from 155lbs to 185lbs. After that it was hell until i realized i needed to eat way more.

Not as precisely as i should i just try to keep track of my protein and carb intake as much as i can, i believe im eating as alot more above my maintenance in cals so i dont think the eating is the issue

Check out myfitnesspal or lose it if you have a smart phone... i think you can use fitnesspal on the computer. I bet you'd be amazed at your actual numbers. I eat like a horse to hit 500 above maintenance.

well i really do eat alot for my size/height have checked my maintenance and doubt im below 500 cals over maint.
Although i'll still take a look, so im thinking of starting my cycle within the next given month as im having a holiday for 2 weeks then giving myself 2 weeks when im back to get my body back into action.
anything else i should consider ?
