I am a athletic 40 year old who participates in kickboxing, triathalons ,etc. In the past I have used win,deca,and test but have never tried hormones. I
work out every day usually alot of circuit training ,cardio, boxing etc. I have
many questions but for now if anyone out there with experience can help
it would be appd. Iam 6'2 180 and have been dieting down from 215 still
can't lose that last lower ab fat that's a such a bitch to get rid of.I don't want to lose any more weight actually would like to get back up to 195 but
completely shredded and I do want to get my quads and calves bigger because I have those infamous boxers legs from so much running.
QUESTIONS;
1. how do I know if igfr3 is real? I think this is probably what I am most
interested in.
2.I have read about igf making users feel sick? in what way, how do you
reduce this effect?
3.do you have to stick in the area you want results in or does it work like
juice ?if so do I have to do one leg one day or both legs split same day?
calves the same?
4.will 20 mcg be enough to get moderate growth or more? for how long?
how often?treat me like a child because I am very careful about what I
put in my body!!!!!!
5.will this help with fat loss in my lower abs
6.how is it mixed "with bac wtr I know" but exactly what measurements?
how long is it viable?
7.are other supp's ok to take while on r3?any suggestions?
8.how many carbs are necessary when to go high?low? I am a low carb eater
diet tips?
9.will it with help with tendinitis, knee pains etc. ? remember Iam 40
