Some really interesting ingredients, some of the doses are significantly higher then you normally see and some of these things I've never even heard of. Did you already know about all these ingredients or was it a curiosity grab? I'm curious myself lol. I've read about some of these relating to antidepressants and mood improvements. ADHD too, id imagine anything used for ADHD would be good for focus lol

The dosage on a couple of these can be a bit misleading - not meaning that in a bad way, different types of extracts and they may have to label some things differently in Australia.

Huperzine A - normally you see it dosed by active amount which would be in the micrograms, but it is standardized from the plant which is dosed in milligrams. In this case, 30 mg. at 1% equals only 30 mcg. of Huperzine which is actually pretty low.

Sceletium (Kanna) - the reason its dosed so highly in that product is it is a ratio extract. Nothing wrong with that, its just not comparable to the ones you see lower dosages of like KannaEase.

On the subject of mood, ADHD, etc. we are getting ready to release Focus XT again within the next week or so and the feedback has been great on the people we've let buy it early to try. People see a nice mood improvement and focus, clarity, and concentration with it.

I've always been confused on huperzine with the mcg/mg. On supps I often see 50-100mg but in the research stuff it's always mcg. This makes sense now. Yes I did think the hup-a was low, the first 2 ingredients seemed very high but the ratios and all that make sense.

Uridine is an example of an ingredient that seems to work well for some but not for others in the sense of being able to actually feel it.

Hordenine I've never been a fan of. It was around forever and when the FDA added it to the advisory list, my first thought was 'why?' bc I could never feel it.

You know, I have a hard time "feeling" most supplements. I have to look for visual progress or if it's something that effects mood or cognitive function I often ask other ppl to tell me if I seem different or in a better mood, or I may judge it based off my productivity at work or the gym.

Unless something is very stimulating, I don't notice anything. I may give uridine a go.

What do you like about it personally

I would not expect for you to feel Uridine, especially after what you just explained.

I do feel some nootropics very well, but I don't feel Uridine. It's not something that I use myself. I've tried it, but for me to ever use it again would be if it was in a formula with something else.

If you were going to try something and want to feel it, I would say to give Focus XT a try. We have it in and should hopefully be releasing it next week. You can message me if want some early.

This is music to my ears. Can't wait to get Focus XT back in my cabinets!
