Not fat loss though. He simply stopped taking PEDs.

Probably more like they're getting old and they know they shouldn't be doing these things anymoreProbably got bad news or bad blood work…..had to come off everything
I've seen other pics of Dave and to a degree your definitely right, he did basically reduce to half his blown up size but this photo and outfit definitely add to the illusion. I also didn't realize he's 56! This is great, he's still in great shape and will probably be significantly healthier because id imagine it took some heavy BB type doses along the way. It's the clothes he's wearing. Same thing with the Rock wearing the Hawaiian shirt. Put on a tighter shirt tailored more to their individual physique , and muscles will be popping
You see a huge uptick and heart attacks in people over 250 lb. There's a huge difference above and below 250 lb I don't remember why that was kind of like the magic number other than that's just when there's an excessive increase in incidence of heart attacks. It doesn't really seem to matter if your fat or muscle, the large majority of human beings are just not meant to support that much weight. The average man is supposed to weigh like 160 lb lol.I think with moderate PEDs and keeping your weight from fluctuating more than 10-15lbs above homeostasis you can live a better life and not die early. It’s your heart pumping harder to supply that extra mass and tissue that gets you…just my humble opinion though
Theres always outliers, meet Andreas lolView attachment 255464
You know, I always see him in very specific poses or in really done up photos. I was under the impression he was a fairly big dude. Now I'm surfing for more pics and your right, he's not a big guy. Just lean and muscularHe's not an outlier, as far as the weight goes. He's well under 200 lbs.

Agreed! It's nuts how some people at that age can look like that!It would be nice to look like that at his age.

This is actually the first picture I saw of him. They did a side-by-side of him this age and him at 60Andreas was a pro back in the Arnold era, started competing back in 1976. Definitely has the genetics to maintain a great physique even at 72.View attachment 255485
You would be surprised how many 60+ bodybuilders there are. There never huge tho, and if you look at Hogan, he was always like 15-20% bf. He probably didn't need to take much stuff in comparison to your ultimate warriors in Scott Steiner's, those m************ were juiced to the gillsHulk Hogan was an outlier….he took the gain train to 70+
For sure! There were a lot of WWE wrestlers that could have done both WWE and bodybuilding imo! Many with awesome genetics.the warrior definitely could have been a bodybuilder.
