I take Dark Matter directly after my workout. Blue raspberry flavor is awesome. Also mixes very easily. Definitely helps with recovery time. If I am unable to have a shake I am noticeably sorer the next day. Price is also reasonable too. Pricey but not as bad as some others. Overall good product that I will be using again.
