Where at in Mexico did you go? Went to Isla Mujeres a couple years ago and loved it - the nice part was it's mainly a resort island so (at least in the place we stayed) you could drink the water safely. Tasted weird but didn't get sick!

My wife used to be cardio only- once she caught on to what I doing (I lift at home), she got interested and let me show her the ropes

Side note...low carbs make dan a cranky man...can't wait for this refeed tomorrow night. Been in the 40-60g range mon,tues. And hit 90 today...carb cravings through the roof today

Ha truth.. I actually just double checked and im onky at 65g again today...not sure why I thought I was at 90 already. Im gonna go ahead and be done at 65 though. Make that carb meal tomorrow that much better.

Thanks man! Yeah the timeoff was a very nice change if pace. Between my wife and I working opposite shift full time jobs with a 2.5 year old lifes crazy hectic to say the least lol so have 5 days to ourselves was nice

Lol its all good man. Usually the low carb thing doesnt bother me. I think its just hitting me a little hard tonight since I ate as many as wanted last week. I did use 21 of my carbs today on the Buffalo wheat thins lol so that was a win.

Lmao yes ill consider 21 worthless carbs a win all day long after 3 days in the 60 range. And yeah theyre bomb we picked em up sunday at the grocery store in anticipation of carb cravings haha. 1 serving gets me through a rough spot
 
Ive actually found the exact opposite to be true

It depends on your sodium intake. The water will flush the sodium out quicker and you lose the bloat, or retention.

Got back in the gym today finally. Been a busy week and havent been able to get in since tuesday. 70 hr work week this week and dealing with night terrors with the boy. Diets been on point and I was weighing in at 203.7 this morning. While maintaining strength. Midsection is shaping up nicely. Im guessing I could be in the sub 200 lb club for the first time in about 12 years here pretty soon.

-Called it quits here. Almost painful pumps almost limited me a bit today from the first rep to the last. I believe 135-7 may be a PR on cage presses for me. Shoulders are smoked. It was a rough drive home lol work again tomorrow and some sort of gym activity after. Havent decided on what yet.

Im not sure if its from the seated DB press since I never do those ornthe cage presses but I have the most hardcore trap DOMS today lol. Weirdest feeling since nothin else on me is sore.

Oh man i hear you on the lat doms. I never used to get lat pumps/doms up until a couple months ago. I did back on sunday this week and I could still feel doms in my lats wedneaday night lol

Oh man they are killer. The biggest key.is to push into the cage and duck your head under on the way up. Youll feel it for a couple days if you do them right lol
