Ordered from PHW Supplements, product got damaged in the mail. Company does not respond to emails, their twitter or answer their phone. I guess they really earned their horrible reviews. Does anyone know how to contact them to get my refund?
This is something we pride ourselves on. I am sorry you had an issue. I know we do have issues like this from time to time but we will always be there to fix any problem. I would try to contact them using the info on their site or reach out to their reps.
