Daa ultra how long i can use?

How long have you been taking it? It will more than likely be more hurtful than helpful after the first week, potentially lowering your testosterone. I would personally stop right now.

What was your goal? Are you looking for a test booster? If so, How old are you? How long have you been training? Answers to these will help us recommend something better (or nothing at all)

Give this a read. I'm sure some will disagree but this is worth taking a look at.

Here is the conclusion.

"Many testosterone boosting supplements are commercially available without sufficient research to support their efficacy. The present study has demonstrated that 3 g.d−1 of d-aspartic acid was inadequate to affect any hormonal markers and that 6 g.d−1 significantly reduced total testosterone and free testosterone levels, with no concurrent change in other hormones tested. It is currently unknown if any negative consequences of this reduction, with respect to strength and hypertrophy will occur over time. The need for longer-duration research utilising six grams of d-aspartic acid is clear. Future research should explore supplementation of 6 g.d−1 over a longer period and observe any correlations between basal testosterone levels and changes in hypertrophy and strength."

Im 26 y old i back in the gym 3 mouth ago i was using t-100 olimp testo booster i used for 2 mouth and i stopped now.i used daa ultra now i will make 7 weeks soo i need to stop?

Yes. Please stop. DAA is most likely a bad idea for healthy men. The study Doogans posted is just one example of more recent research showing its ineffecfiveness and even danger to healthy individuals.

If you want a single ingredient test booster that will work way better, check out Longjack/Tongkat Ali. Use a patented form like LJ100 and you'll actually feel it.
