I want to start a new round of daa I was advised to use the first week 4 caps in the morning and 4 in the afternoon in the 5 weeks following only 4caps morning inserting an antiestrogen can 'go well?
 
No need for more than 4 caps/day. 3G is the recommended dose.

You really shouldn't need an ai either unless you're in pct
