What is the ideal dosage amount, time of day, and length of time to take before a break? What are the main benefits most feel from dosing daa?

I have never used it before but see that it has become pretty popular.
 
3g/day any time. I always stack with mucuna puriens to control prolactin (usually use LeCheek AD-3, this time I'm trying out SNS Inhibit-P), but it doesn't bother everybody. Some don't respond to DAA, but i do/ Good strength increase, better mood, higher sex drive

This. If 3g in a single dose gives you gut issues, split the dose throughout the day.

3g a day is all it takes,2 months seems to be the common time frame to take before a break of at least 4 weeks.Time of day dosed does not matter,although I prefer to take it about an hour before my workout with a shake or small meal to avoid stomach issues.If you do have G.I. issues from it,just split the dose into twice daily-1.5g twice daily,and take it with a meal and that usually fixes the issue for most people!I notice increased strength,libido,better overall mood,and some pretty descent size gains for a natty product.There are many options you can stack it with to get even more out of the stack.I am currently running X-Gels,inhibit-p and DAA in my pct,and I am still making great gains!As said above there are many things you can stack it with,an ai being the most popular.
 
FINAFLEX offers it in capsule form (500mg DAA/cap) and I haven't heard of anyone complaining of gut issues. It's called Pure Test.
 
Thanks for the input. So this is a supp that cannot be run long term?

anything that plays with your hormones like that should be cycled.
 
Let mw ask you guys your opinion.. for those of us out there who love the benefits of test boosters and supps of the like, when you come off your cycle and are on your break period, dont you find that you prefer the way you feel while on? Mood, body, gym performance, etc? I myself dont deal well with the time that i come off, do you all cut out all other supps or run anything as a moderate test support during the off time?
 
Do you plan on running anything with your DAA?
 
I run DAA for 6 week intervals usually as most studies I've seen show the greatest effects to be achieved around and after day 12. Followed generally by a plateau. Although I do things a little bit differently, after I drop DAA I usually pick up ArA or some other test booster.
 
^^ ok, so you seem to do things similar to me. I will typically run one for 6 weeks then take a week off, then run a new t booster but containing different ingrediants than the previous. This way it is not over kill on the same substance for too long. Ultimately to keep me feeling the benefits

Arachidonic acid there are some good options out there for it XF Vengeance, SNS X-gels, etc. Very good stuff. It just dries my joints out and I always have to take some kind of joint pain product, usually iForce's Joint Help. I've ran DAA alongside ArA a few times and had just stupid gains. I don't do that often though as I tend to like to use one test booster at a time.

Such a variety of test boosters and AIs out there though.
 
Look into our DAA-Dpol. You can get pills or powder. The powder actualy has a really good taste to it as well. We recommend taking with food and have very little (none that I can actually think of off the top of my head) reports of any GI distress. As far as cycling it goes...thats kind of your call. We have guys at the lab that stay on it year round with no ill effects what so ever. I obviously cant and wouldnt recommend that to you jist throwing it out there for a different POV. So does ara act like an AI? I ask because of the dry joint issues you mentioned.. you like to flip between the two for the most part? Glad to.see someone else out there who runs these typea of.products in a similar fashion as i do. What is the downfall to daa with ara?

I picked up the powder, just not.sure if i will.run it right yet or go on resvertrol for 6 weeks first.

Yep. Our CEO was actually talking about this on the supp talk podcast.

ArA is not really a test booster (I'm not sure if it boosts test at all honestly, but wouldn't know enough about it to say it doesn't).

And has no AI properties to my knowledge.

ArA is generally accepted to work as a pro inflammatory, it increases acute inflammation which is why people have joint issues while on it (because of joint inflammation). Good for strength gains mostly, but it is fairly expensive.

Basiclly that theres 2 views on the subject. 1 that anything used for a period of time should be cycled (which is the common theory) to save receptors but the other side to that is DAA is a naturally occuring Amino acid. Its in the food we eat. Why cant it be taken everyday? But unfortunately there is no concrete answer. He just stresses the importance of getting bloods if you do plan to go that route since it can increase estrogen. Also he touched on the point that DAA is shown to keep test levels elevated AFTER use. Depending on how long you take it. The longer your on the longer your levels stay elevated after your done. But like I said earlier definitely not recommending year round use haha. Theres alot of good info not only about dpol but DAA in general in that podcast if you get a chance to check it out I highly recommend it

Well it is a pct lol. :)

I know how everything works with my body except the xgels so I'll be able to comment on that specifically

Yeah, swanky is a great logger. One of the best I ve seen. I recommend you read his log and also recommend regie4niners log in the sup log section. He is running a pct with dpol and condense.

In the swankster's case, he has a very complete pct. The idea being to maximize recovery and maintain the muscular gains. He can run many products and tell from past experience small difference by adding a new product.

I can tell you I ve ran, dpol pills, ai sports bulk daa, purr test, and other daa products. I like daa as a nati test booster and have had good results on my bloods from daa. My preference is about 6 weeks at a time. But that's because I switch my sup reg about that time. Meaning I may run stims for 6 weeks and then cut out stims for 6 weeks. I am not prolactin or estro sensitive and don't run a prolactin or eatro control. But, i recommend you have one on hand incase you are.

I've used quite a few different ones too. Last two times (including now) I've used AI bulk. Works great and the price is right!
