DAA and its patent

Now that DAA has its patent and I imagine a license fee. What is the next natural testbooster ingredient that will be used by those not wanting to pay the license fee. I'm actually looking to see what alternatives exist if any to DAA that may work just as well or better.

CTD Labs. They have Noxitest it is DAA based.

I believe they will still be available if the vendor behind the product is willing to pay the licensing fee's. However, I am speculating
