Simple sugars help me the most, but anytime i switch up my routine i still get sore.

I wasnt getting when i was training all the time but took a month off and just started hitting the weights and getting it like the first time i did a squat set.I warm up first,cool down afterwards foam roll and strecth and take a contrast shower.Im training first thing in morning with 10g x-tend/5gpost and if any of this helps i really dont want to know how id feel without it.Its not helping to me that much.
 
I cant eat any cleaner,didnt help me this week.Everything i worked(exercise)i got it to a point,some more servere (legs/tri's)its kinda a good feeling in a sick way knowing i worked and used good form but hurts my performance for the rest of the day.

You might want to try citruline malate, and beta alanine.
Both could be beneficial.
