Yes indeed, it is not that hard to spend some time and research this stuff for yourself. It is better that way anyway, cause everyone reacts to things differently, have their own opinion and allot of varibles in the mix.
Researching info here/other sites will also promp you to actually think about what your doing and ask more questions.
Myself and many others have spend a ton of time reserching on specifics here; nevermind that your question in general is very vague and the responces will be quite opinionated.
