I love the taste of the cookies and cream cytogainer but I read that some wouldn't take it because it contains maltodextrin. Can someone tell me what the problem is with maltodextrin? Is it a big enough problem that I should switch gainers?
I love the chocolate mint also but I think the problem most people have is that the majority of the carbs are from maltodextrin and I think it has something to do with how it binds to the protein and prevents absorption.
