yea dude its really good the thing id watch is the fat. content. its for a SERIOUS lifter. I know a couple kids on the football team thought doing 5 x 5 on bench some Leg extentions Tricep Pulldowns 3 x 10 curls and they were drinking these shakes haha. If your routines like that forget it. If your on a serious routine lifting heavy i it will work.
As weight gainers go ,this is one of the best ! Brownstown89 is right tho... if your training is not on-point your b.f. can really rocket..... especially if you drink the recommended 3 shakes per day .
