i have both what one sould i take to get mass, thats basically what im lookin for.

or sould i take them both.


also when sould i take the cytogainer? and how many times a day?


also same with muscle milk?^

i weigh around 170
 
agreed^ get some 100% whey and blend up whole oats and peanut butter with it and take some fish oil caps. it will cost less taste good and be better for you.

for now use your cytogainer post workout.
 
as of today i am taking muscle milk about 25 minutes before i workout, then the cytogainer right after i workout.


i thought the cytogainer was for size? mass wise

also how much water should i be drinking, considering the cytogainer has creatine in it?

Muscle Milk is not an ideal pre-workout meal substitute. It lacks low GI carbs, has too much fat and sugar for pre-workout BUT it does tastes pretty good. Drink 1 gallon of water a day.
