Guys when should I run my arimidex ? Should I do it even if I don't have nipple pain? Also how does the nolvadex work when I finish do I just take one pill a day for 25 days I heard?

What do people not get you need to maintain your e2 levels no matter what, just because your receptors aren't open doesnt mean your est can'tjump in and bind whenever it wants, it should be run at the maintenance level of .25MG EOD.
Nolva it depends on your pill's dosage, but it should be 40/40/20/20

You shouldn't be running cyp prop and EQ if you don't even know how to PCT, just saying.

How long after last inject should I start the Nolva? As well do I start the arimidex on the first day of cycle? Thanks man
 
Well if its your first cycle do NOT run that much test even if they are different.

Either stick with prop or cyp
If your doing cyp, start nolva 2 weeks after last injection, if your doing prop, start 3 days after last injection.
 
Well thing is Bro I'm just running prop for first 3 weeks to kick start test. Running it at 150 mg per week. Eq 550 mg per week and cyp 400 mg per week. Only doing one vile prop to kick start

Test should be higher than your EQ, you don't even know how your body is going to react to both.

DAA/trib/ZMA or any of the common test boosters are also a good addition.
 
Well I was just gonna do 50 mg per shot 3x a week to kick start the test bro along with 400 mg cyp and 550 eq. I was told that eq only shines when ran at 5-600 mg per week. So how would you do it then man? I got one vile prop, 3 vile
Cyp and 3 eq.
 
600MG test and 500 EQ is pretty popular, nonethe less ideal.
Get an oral to jumpstart unless you taper, because jumpstart or not you ARE on 550mg test then dropping 3 days later, it MIGHT be ok, but i'd def stick with an oral, plus your gonnafeel like a pin cushion.
 
Alright cheers man. How often would you pin? At 600 eq and 500 test im assuming 2x a week? Monday and Wednesday 250 mg test and 300 mg eq ?
 
Also how long do I run the oral say I got dbol pills do I do those and pin the cyp and eq as I'm on the orals too?
 
Questions are meant to be answered don't feel the need to stop asking them.
It should be more TEST than EQ, some say goodbye to their dicks when they go over, and some say its fine, but i wouldn't take a toll you don't know what/how your body will react.
Orals, run dbol for the first 3-5 weeks @ 20mg+(20 being minimum), and i wouldn't go over 50mg, as its just pure bloat at that point.

Pin monday/thurs is the most common, as doing every 4 days can be confusing, and yes if they are both oil based then you can mix them.

You should also stop your EQ 1 week before your test, so heres your final layout

Cyp= 600mg EW for 13 weeks
EQ=500mg EW for 12 weeks
Dbol=20-50mg ED for 4 weeks

PCT 2 weeks after last injection, since they are both long esters, once your done with dbol your test and EQ should kick in.

Once u start the dbol I will start pinning Monday and Thursday though right? Also it's hard to fit 250 eq and 300 cyp in one barrel so I will have to do two shots I guess.
 
Im running a cycle similar to yours.

Im doing 450 test e1-14
EQ 1-13
arimidex 3-16

Having great results so far. If this is your 1st cycle I cut the eq out though and just run test with kicker. either dbol or the prop will work. I had no issues with test alone other than bloating. Now with eq in the mix I get a little anxious.

How big are your syringes mate? should be no less than 3cc's and they will both fit in there, as they are 1ml and the test will be like 1.25ml or something around there.
If not, just make sure you pin different spots, right quad right glute next time left quad left glute.
 
I was thinking 1.5 inch for quad and glute. But the cyp is 100 mg/ ml so I have to put 300 in the barrel right? How can I put the eq in the same syringe bro? Cuz don't I need to put 250 eq in there too :s
 
Your cyp is 100mg/ml O_o i've never heard of such a lose dose, but as long as its real right?

then go 3ml of cyp in the glute, and 1ml in the quad.
glute can easily take a huge amount, quad depending on your size.
 
It's Pfizer depo-testosterone. So I'll do 3 ml in the glute 2x a week for total of 600 mg a week and I'll do 250 mg in quad of eq 2x a week for total of 500 mg a week mon and thurs
 
Precisely, and your dbol from the first day you pin til your done with dbol.
Make sure like i said you finish your EQ 1 week before your test, then start your PCT 2 weeks after last injection.

what do you have for your PCT? Nolva/Clom?
 
No, dbol is methylated but your other injectables are not.
Liver damage only lasts a few weeks if your doing something as mild as you are.
 
40mg of nolva(probably 2ml/2pills) everyday for the first 2 weeks, then the next 2 weeks drop down to 20mg(probably 1ml/1pill)

Or Clomid but its a bit more confusing
300mg the first day, 200 day 2-4(5), from then on 100/100/50/50 , each indicating a full week of 100mg dosage.
