Does anyone cycle for 8-12 weeks to put on mass then stay off for w few months? Like 6-8 months? Then get back on? Again and probably cycle 1-3 times a year?
Yes- that's what you're supposed to do at least. That being said it's really hard to wait that long. Once you get used to training on gear training without it is just not the same.
Or, you can stay on a maintenance dose indefinitely (say 200mg per week) and then just add to that maintenance dose periodically throughout the year. There are lots of ways to do this.
