Cycling supplements?

I took Jungle Warfare for 3 months and had good results with it, but lost some of the gains when I stopped taking it. Is it okay to take a different supplement for the 4 weeks before I can start JW again, e.g. Diesel Test or PowerFULL?

And on the subject of JW, I'm a bit confused about something. On the ALRI website, it says:
ADED (5a-dehydro-etiocholane-1,4,6-trien-3-one-17-ol)
but on the bottle label it says:
ADED (17-alkyl-4-delta-5a-dehydro-etiocholan-1,6-dien-3-one)
If it's a 17 alkylated compound is it going to cause liver problems?

I'm not sure what the ALRI reps would say, but most likely they'd agree the 3 months is too long to stay on JW. Its also too long to stay on most products of that nature. Most supplements need to be cycled. Things like multi's, fish oil, anti-oxidants etc. can be taken daily and don't need to cycled. Anything that enhances your hormone levels, or on the other hand rapidly changes your metabolism should not be taken for too long. 2 months is the most, and some would say 1 month.

Your goal is to benefit the most from your diet and workouts while you are on any hormones or hormone level enhancing product. You want to stop before your body adapts and considers these elevated levels as normal. At some point you will stop, and then your normal levels are now considered low and you will lose some gains for sure.

Since you were on JW for so long, you really should stay off of any anti-e products for a couple months to make sure everything gets back to baseline.

again, any product that has very pronounced effects on you should not be taken continously. The human body is way way way too good at adapting.

Thanks - the ALRI website says "structure 6-12 week protocols focused upon Jungle Warfare™ then a 4 week alternative cycle to allow re-sensitizing", so 12 weeks is at the top end of their recommended cycle length, but I didn't use full dose for all that time, I used 3 per day (recommended dose) for the first month, 2 per day for the second month, and 1 per day for the third month. I was making good gains even on 1 per day at the end of the third month.

But I take your point about tolerance to anti-e products in general. I was just thinking that if a different product acted via a different mechanism, the mechanism used by JW could return to normal while exploiting a different mechanism to improve performance in the meantime?
