I have enjoyed learning about the interactions and mechanisms of action with regards to SARMs, AAS, and PH compounds. AM has been a great wealth of knowledge and a fun and safe place to posit questions that may arise.
Lately, there has been a lot of questions (mine included) about SARMs and Ostarine in particular. One question that seems to be repeated is the frequency to which the compound can safely be used throughout a year. It seems the safe route is to limit usage to twice a year at somewhere in the eight week length ballpark.
Can someone run cycles more regularly (than twice per year) if they are running different compounds? For instance, can I run four cycles of SARMs (two Ostarine and two LG-4033) per year, or are they two similar in action that this is not a safe route.
Or is it a better option to run two SARM cycles per year, with say two PH cycles in an alternating fashion.
I realize that the different compounds have different end results (bulking vs cutting) and that the compounds would be chosen to meet the goals that are desired. What I am curious to know is whether this is a feasible/safe idea or is it exhausting similar receptors and pathways to the point that this would be more harm than good?
Thanks in advance for people's ideas!
