Sup guys, just getting back into training. What are some essentials you recommend for the basics? And not expensive. I was thinking:

Whey protein
Creatine monohydrate in grape juice
Multi Vitamin
Fish Oil

Food :)
 
as far as the core basics you can also add these in bulk form, nutraplanet has these items for good prices....

BCAA
Glutamine
GABA
Arginine
