1/4 weeks
Superdrol 20 mg 4 weeks + Tudeca 500 mg
Every 12 hours 10 mg of Superdrol and 500 mg od Tudeca every day (24h hours).

5/12 weeks
Testosterone Propionate 750 mg week 8 weeks + Aromasin
Trenbolone Acetate 500 mg week 8 weeks

2/3 grams of protein per kg intake per day
Calories enough for basal metabolism and beyond.

Add:
Fish oil
Magnesium
...

What cycles have you previously ran?
 
That is a heavy dose of Tren, the good thing is that its Ace so if sides creep up you can drop it quickly
 
Yeah that’s a huge dose of Tren….and I wouldn’t start weeks 1-4 with Superdrol and add Testosterone starting in week 5, that doesn’t make sense, because legit Superdrol will crash your lipids probably by week 3, and Test won’t help that. Then you add that much Tren which will even trash your health more. I know guys used to “kickstart” with orals years ago with Testosterone, but we now know that starts you behind the 8 ball in the first month, so your health takes a hit in the beginning of the cycle and you’re playing catch up the rest of the weeks. It’s really better, if you are adding an oral, to add it at the end. Honestly you can run Tren at 200 and get plenty out of it. But really if you have only ran two cycles you won’t need all that.
How old are you, and how long have you worked out?
 
Im 26 years old, working out since i was 15 years, height 1.90 cm, Bw 121 kg.
I was more focused on strength (powerlifting) in past but for few years im working on mass with strength.
I was around ~105 kg natty with proteine and creatine only, im low with body fat neturally (more shredded type) but i used clenbuterol too.
When first used trenbolone it was acetat 200 mg week and test propionate 400 mg, it went realy well without sides that much.

Normally when guys are just starting to cycle I usually recommend Test only, but you’ve got a couple cycles under your belt, you’ve already tried Tren, and you’re a big guy, so this is what I would do. Start with….
Test - 500 mg weeks 1-12
Tren - 200 mg weeks 1-12
Superdrol- 10-20 mg day weeks 8-12
This would be a strong cycle and should yield great results as long as your training and diet are in order.
After 4-6 weeks access where you are if you think you need to increase you could go up to Test at 750 and Tren at 300, but I bet you won’t need to increase gear and you’ll get great results keeping the cycle where it is. That also gives you the ability to get better results in future cycles when you probably will need more. Remember this is not a sprint, it’s a marathon and muscle is built in the kitchen and at the gym, anabolics are like that supercharger to your already high horsepower engine.
Go ahead take your daily supplements and Tudca, maybe add in something like CEL Cycle Assist and take something like SNS Inhibit P, have an AI , maybe some Caber or Prami on hand for prolactin, but Inhibit P will probably be enough, and a serm like Chlomid or Tamoxifen for PCT. And Ralox is always good to have on hand just in case you start to get gyno sides. Simple but again extremely effective. Oh and welcome to AM.😎
