Cycle TRN/Pher-X/Zol Log

Well after one week of 2 TRN & 2 pher-x a day i am up to 176lbs. thats +5lbs. Some people might say its probbly mostly water cause i am on 20 grams creatine mono too, but to all that i will tell u my 6 pack is dialed in im talkin 2-3 weeks out from a contest good. Today i did my last set on incline of 225 @ 6 reps up from 200 last week. Vascularity has been amazing, im talkin road map like veins. I havent done any measurements yet im saving that for next week. I have to say so far so good........

*Note i am takeing 2 6-OXO every night before bed also

No sides what so ever, and i ride my bike 1 mile to the gym 4 or 5 times a week. When the weathers nice i play basketball outside for a couple of hours but no tredmil or stairmasters for me.....

I have before cycle ones but i lost the cord to put them on the computer, but i have them saved in my camera so as soon as i can muster upp the time and doe, ill get them on here for all u guys to check out

Gains look good thus far. I think this is an interesting combo and I am surprised there are not more logs using this same combo. Best of luck reaching your goals.

Alright almost @ the 2 weeks mark. Im up to about 178-180lbs. I'll take the offical weigh in on monday mourning. Vasularity is absolutley insane. On front raises 2day i seen veins i didnt know existed in my shoulders. Muscle hardness is also great along with this strength continues to climb. I am stil extremly lean although i am beggining to bloat a little. One side is kicking in and thats lazieness. I just lay as soon as i get home from the gym until i go to work @ 4. Sleeping @ night has been great though. I start the Zol on monday, can't wait. I'll put some measurements and all that good stuff up on monday......

bildo great log I was setting up a similar cycle with pher-x at the begining and trn at the end but may run them together after reading your log
 
TRN/Pher-X/Zol Log update

Alright boys its been 2 weeks of TRN + Pher-X and i added the Zol 2day. Pumps were insane @ the gym i could tell the zol kick in. But now for the good stuff Measurements....
weight: 180lbs. (thats +9lbs)
Right Arm: +3/4" Left Arm: +1/2"
Forarms both +1/4"
Chest: +1"
Right Leg: +2/5" Left Leg:+1/4"
Calfs both: +1/4"
Neck: Same
Waist: Same

I measured about 4 hours after my mourning workout and im stil feeling the pump. I think i may be senseing a little bit of a back pump every now and then but nothing thats really bothering my (i think its just me thinking too much)
I incled 225lbs. for 8 reps 2day and that thats a 3 rep improvement from last week. My 6 pack is still dialed in but i am bloating a little, but last week i ate alot more sodium than usual. I am also getting faster as im putting on the weight too. My 40 yrd. time has gone from a 4.57; 3 weeks ago to a 4.49 yesterday. So far so good i must say.......And o yea, i have been takeing creatine @ 15-20 grams a day i know this may be a bit too much on my liver but i talked to all the doctors @ my moms office and they know exactly what im doing and all of them said i should be ok as long as water intake is high. But do u guys think its really needed while on cycle?????

Alright 2days is the 3 week mark. I weighed in @ 183.5. I was surprissed I was this heavey because i only ate 3 times yesterday consisting of abuot 1000 calories total, all of which were burned by swimming about 1,000 yards pushing a boat with my buddy. Pumps are 24/7 & mind blowing. No harsh sides to report of other than minimal bloating and lower back pumps. Strength is stil on the rise 225 for 12 reps this monday. I decided to cut the creatine to 5 pre+post and that was it. I added X-tend to my daily supplement regimen. Measurements will come next week. After week 4 I am going to cut the Pher-X, After week 5 i will cut the TRN, and run the Zol @ 150-200 for week 6. I have also cut the 6-OXO, and wil run Fomestane @ 300mg for the remainder of the cycle.
 
I take my TRN 1st thing when i wake up in the mourning, I take the Pher-X with breakfast then abuot an hour later (45min pre-workout) I take the Zol. This is all between 8:30 &10. I then take my 2nd dose of TRN & Pher-X together @ 4 with a muscle milk shake and oatmeal. About an hour and a half later i take the Zol with my steak,chicken and rice meal.
 
I forgot to add that my diet isn't anything close to the 1st one i posted i have made some major changes to it now that im almost 4 weeks deep. I'll post a full analysis when im all done with the cycle.
 
Alright i just woke up and took some measurements. This marks the 4 week point. I have decided to drop the TRN & Pher-X and run the Zol @ 150mg for the next 2 weeks cause i have added a little more fat than i had wanted to by this point so this will hopefully sub-side some fat.
Right Arm: 16 1/4" (+1/4")
Left Arm: 16 1/8" (+1/8")
Right Leg: 24" (+1/2")
Left Leg: 23 1/2" (+
Forearms: 13 1/4" (+1/4)
Chest: 43 1/2" (+1/2")
Waist 32" (+1/2") :(
Weight: 188.5lbs.
I lowerd my carbs from 325 to 250 for the next 2 weeks while keeping protein @ 325 and fat is up to about 75-80 grams.
SIDES:
-My back acnce has started to flare up a bit more than usual. I am really lazy, and lower back pumps come and go. Mild-Bloating; the abbs are fadeing
Lifts:
-As far as strength goes it went thru the roof. Last week i close grip benched 235 for 6 reps. This is 15lbs. more than i could regular flat bench for 6 reps before i started. All lifts are up atleast 30 lbs. from where i started. I have all my workouts written out and ill put the original weight and ending weights after the 6th week.
Supplement changes:
I added formestan after week 3
Added 10 gr. BCAA pre & during
Added Citulline 1.5 pre & during
Added Muscle Milk as a pre-workout drink
-Cut creatine to 5 pre & post
 
I did 3 diff. bodyfat test yesterday. They came back 4.6% ,5.0% , and 4.8% Holy $hit was i surprised. I figured i was @ about 7 or 8. Im down to 186, but i guess I look alot leaner since i dropped the trn na pher-x, and kicked the zol to 150. Full analysis coming in 10 days
 
your body fat numbers are insane! i wouldnt wanna be that lean unless i was going comp. sounds like your doing good though.

Thanks, yea i was gonna try and shoot for the natural mr. michigan july 15th but my main man says that 6 weeks inst enough time to really get dialed in b/c i am stil a little bloated. So i plan on takeing the show next year,hahaha:bb3:

Alright Zol is insane i wake up every mourning with a new striation somewhere on my body @ 150 this is the $****, i could ony imagine this stuff pre-contest @ 200 on a pre contest diet. Im eating betwenn 3200-3500 cals a day and getting leaner by the day it feels.
 
After a long weekend of drinking and barely eating I lost 1.5lbs. So now im back down to 184.5 :(. Although my strength is stil on the rise. Inclined 252 for 6 reps today thats over 50lbs. added from week 1. Stil eating about 3500 cals a day. 5 more days until pct starts.........

GREXX where were u 3 weeks ago bro?????Nah im just given u hard time. I have made up my mind and im ending the cycle saturday (6/17) Mostly because I have reached my goals of 185lbs. and a ton stronger than i began @ a lower bodyfat the anticipated. I have not one complaint about this last cycle and plan on using gerneric labz produtcs for next years mr. michigan contest pre.And o yea Grexx what do u think abuot this bulk cycle i plan to run in the winter time?

6 weeks of methyls planned for the winter, plus you are drinking while on 3 oral steroids. Im guessing Pher-X is phera phlex. Dude you are going to **** your liver out. Take it easy. Do not drink on orals, especially methyls like pher-x. You are going to end up with jaundice.

I'm only on the Zol right now. It was my best friends 21st b-day so I had to. That was the 1st time i have since January too, im not a heavy drinker so dont worry guys. Anyways thanks for looking out for me though i appreciate it...

Other Supps while "on" cycle:
10gr. BCAA pre + during workout
5 gr. Glutmine during workout
2.5 gr. Citrulline pre + during
2.5 grams CEE pre + post workout

Negative Sides
-Mild joint pain
-while on all 3 products acnce on my back got pretty bad
-mild lower back pumps, nothing bad just noticeable
-bloated up pretty bad while on all 3 products

Positive Sides
-Increased Vasularity and Hardness
-Increased Strength
-Good but not great recovery
-Fat gain was kept to a minimum

Notable Factors that may have alterd gains
- While on the Zol for the last 2 weeks we got a new maneger @ work and he was an @ss hole and it was hard for me to eat while 2 work so somtimes i would go 4 hours w/out eating. Weekends were @ times worse
-I didnt do much cardio during cycle. That may have kept my waist line smaller. The only cardio i did was 2 or 3 times a week i would ride my bike to the gym (2.75 mi total)

My Thoughts
I wish i could have run this for the full 8 weeks like I had planned because i feel i could have made it possibly to 190 at the same BF%. Once i stopped takeing the TRN & Pher-X the weight gain stopped. I experienced little sides therfore i feel this is a great cycle to run and will do so in the future but next time run the entire 8 weeks. I might add TST and drop the Pher-X for bloating reason. All and all this is a great lean mass or cutting cycle. I am going to spend my next pay-check and grab up all the GL products left out there. I look forward to using X-Mass this winter for my All out Bulking cycle. Good luck to anyone going to run this cycle in the future

Yea sorry it last for about a week, and took about a week to clear up. It was only 3 or 4 big ones and a hand full of little baby ones
