Cycle thoughts

Hey guys,

I’m 35 and weigh 207 around 12% BF

Thinking my next cycle will be the following.

test E 500 a week EOD
NPP 300 a week EOD with the test
Tbol 50 a day

Any advice or changes I should make?

Have ran previous cycles before but never with NPP or regular Deca.

You should expect a increase in estrogen from adding npp, more then you would normally would from 500 test, and idk how long your cycle is but I wouldn't run an oral for that long, maybe up to 8 weeks? Id save it for the second half of the cycle so that wants the gains from the test and NPP start slowing down you can kick it up a notch.

What's the goal? Tbol is kinda a drug for athletic performance, it's not a great muscle builder, it's ok for strength without adding much bodyweight
 
Maybe start the NPP at 50mg EOD for a few weeks to see what happens with your estrogen and then maybe after a month or so kick it up to 75-100 mg every other day.

It's going to be more trial and error than anything for you because you've never done it before so none of our suggestions are going to mean much until you kind of see how you respond anyways. I vote for dipping your toes in slowly on NPP or deca, especially if you've ever found yourself to be a high estrogen converter. NPP does seem to be a little more forgiving as I can get away with it for a little while but deca makes my titties hurt within like a week or two lol

So I’ve done multiple runs of Test at 500 or higher and don’t really aromatize much, estrogen stays at s great ratio and I also run TRT which is stays low.

I was thinking tbol first 4-6 weeks, and then the last 4 weeks as well. Overall cycle length I was thinking 20-24 weeks.

I just came off a pretty aggressive cut on Trt and Reta and now am looking to bulk up and gain some muscle and strength back, that’s why I was thinking of adding the Tbol vs something like dbol which I’ve done before but didnt like the water and bloat.

Yeah what I'm trying to tell you is when you add NPP it's going to dramatically change how you handle estrogen on 500 mg of testosterone, NPP and deca in themselves doesn't aromatize, but they change how you aromatize testosterone. On 150-450 test I don't have a single estrogen symptom, if I even add 100mg of deca per week I will start getting gyno flare ups, itchy nips ect. NPP it happens to me after about a month on 200-300 too. But this isn't something that just to me it happens to the large majority of people so the point I'm getting at is you got to pay attention to that it's going to change things.

I will still occasionally use a little bit of NPP, I actually have some in the stash right now, but I can't use it for more than about a month to 6 weeks at a time and I'll never touch Deca again lol.

Just be prepared for these changes in what you normally would expect
 
I'm ditch the tbol and run anadrol. Don't kickstart your cycles either. You don't need a lot of gear when the cycle starts you need more gear as the cycle progresses when you Kickstart a cycle you're putting the firepower up front and then it's getting weaker after you pull the oral out and it doesn't make any sense at all.

If you're running a 20-24 week cycle, your cycle is going to need to progressively get stronger every 6 to 8 weeks or you're going to be spending your wheels after about 12 weeks in.

I would probably do something like
Weeks 1-5
Test 450
NPP 150

Weeks 6-14ish
Test 600
NPP 300

Week 15 id start 50-100mg of anadrol per day untill I didn't feel like eating any more and pull the plug. I might drop the NPP when the anadrol comes in, or might not🤷

Actually I would have ditched the NPP on week 6 and started the anadrol just because I would have been getting gyno if I ran the NPP any longer lol

By the way I'm just spitballin some ideas, there's no rules to running cycles. But starting with lower doses and building up over the Long haul is a good way to save gear, minimize risks early on make continual progress through the tail end of the cycle. You should have your most firepower right at the end because then when you come off you get a break from everything 🙃. When you Kickstart a cycle or run stressful things up front, then you spend a whole cycle with subpar health markers and I know it's a lot of people it doesn't sound like a big deal but it absolutely limits your progress

Thanks brother for the advice! That’s why I posted asked for it.

I’ve taken dbol and also supedrol, both were brutal and did a number on my levels.

That’s why I went for tbol because I do feel I respond well to orals Result wise and heard a lot of good things about Tbol.

I have AI on standby if I need to and am hoping it doesn’t get too intense.

I may start the NPP lower and see how that goes.

Like you said, it’s a lot of experimenting and seeing what works best for me.

Yeah I don't blame you for choosing tbol. Anadrol, superdrol, etc are much harsher. You're not going to get the same strength or size gains with tbol but I bet you'll feel a lot better and won't have your numbers jacked up as much.

Smont is right that tbol isn't much of a bodybuilder compound... but I don't know... I like it. Good strength gains and overall good feeling on it.
