Both, the peanut butter cycle support doesn't have a strong PB flavor, I like the PB cycle support better myself, I put it in all types of shakes, even a cookie from AI :twisted:

BTW I am not sure that baking the CS is a good idea, some of the items that are good for you may not do well above room temp.
