What's up gentlemen? Alright so in a few weeks I plan on running ostashred for 8 weeks. Is this more for cutting or can I use it while trying to bulk up too? I want to use just osta for weeks 1-4 and then 4-8 I'm going to add in some DMZ from Olympus labs along with blockade on cycle defense and some taurine. Post cycle I have Rehab PCT, lean extreme (recompositioning agent) and DAA Max. I have some milk thistle as well but not sure if I'll need that. Thanks for the help in advance!
 
What are you planning for your SERM during PCT?
 
I would stretch out both of these cycles, 4 weeks is too short for both osta and dmz. OL dmz has enough in 1 bottle for 6 weeks at 40mg and osta shred has enough for 8 weeks I believe. Osta and dmz take time to kick in so just when your cycle is getting good you are going to stop.
 
Yates I planned on running osta for the whole 8 weeks. 4 weeks by itself to start and then the DMZ the last 4 along with it. I could run it for the last 6 instead, this is my first DMZ cycle so I wasn't sure how long would be safe for me to be on it. Mountainman Rebirth is a SERM

I would run the dmz for 6 weeks still. And get a real serm like clomid, rebirth isn't a serm it's a otc pct product
 
Oh ok, I was mistaken then my bad! I'll grab clomid then. So is everything else looking good for my first cycle? Is the osta going to help much while I'm eating a surplus of calories

Osta performs much better on a cut than bulking. Have you looked into lgd? If you are bulking I would just run the dmz for 6 weeks then pct with clomid and OL super pct. Nice and simple and you will put on some good keepable mass if your diet and training is on point
