I have done cycles of ph's and methyl 1-test a while ago, had good gains but bloated pretty bad on the Methyl 1-test (although I used 20-30 mg).
I plan to run this cycle soon:
Weeks 1-10 Test E 500mg
Weeks 1-4 200 mg Transdermal 1-testosterone/day
Weeks 9-12 200 mg Transdermal 1-test/day
Nolva and Clomid for PCT
My goal for this cycle is to add lean mass steadily and not to bloat up like a juiced-up animal.
How much letro do you think is necessary to prevent all signs of bloat? I was thinking at least 1.25 mg eod. I really don't want to blow up 20 lbs in a couple weeks due to my work situation.
Currently I weigh 175 lbs and am around 10 %. I would be happy to get to 190 solid. I really don't want to be heavier than 190 at the moment.
Any thoughts?
