Cycle off periods???? Waiting time..

Hey guys Aussie gym goer here,

Just had 2 bottles of deca vol rde and finished off with aroma x
In my first ams cycle.

How much time off the cycle do I have to wait until I hit the
human growth rde pack as I'm so keen to hit it??


Also anyone have any ideas on what else I can add to the stack I'm going to add aroma x at the end of cycle again

I'd give it at least a 4-6 week break.

heres an idea: run decasarm for 4 weeks then jump into your next cycle, add ams augmentor
