Ran halo for first cycle in feb.
Stats are 29 yrs old lifting since high school, but got serious the last 4 yrs.


5'9"
178 lbs was 168 before first cycle and am seaming to hold on to about 10lbs from halo cycle. Bf about 12%

Max bench 325
Squat 345 only seriously lifted legs for about a year now. Made huge strides during halo cycle
