Hi, yesterday was the end of the 4th week of my T-1 final cycle. I was just using the recommended dose (1 squirt twice daily). I really did not get the results I was looking for (3lbs) and since I have another bottle I'm contemplating extending my cycle. I've read a lot about people considering 6-8 weeks on here, but not much on what people got for results. I'll add I upped my calories/protein intake while "on" and my workouts were more intense. I know the 1-test was "working" because it shut me down.
Here is what I was considering:
Use the bottle for 4 more weeks (1 squirt twice daily) (8 week cycle)
Use the bottle for 2 more weeks (2 squirts twice daily) (6 week cycle)
Use a higher dose (3-4 squirts twice daily) until it runs out
or just hold off and save it for a later time.
Hopefully I can get some good opinions soon so I can decide what to do.
