Hey guys iv got 2 bottles of sustaplex 325. This is my first cycle and i was wondering if i should do 500mg a wk or if i should do the 2ml a week. the only reason im asking is cause i want to do 10wks and if i do the 500 (since its my first cycle) ill be wasting the extra. So should i do the 2ml or should i stick to the 500 a wk. Thanks guys. My diet is good and my work out is great.

just make things easier and go with 2ml per week

even as a first cycle? just want to be safe cause there isnt to much about dosage and result and what not online so i thought it was time to start asking

i will usually recommend 500-600mg/week of test for a first cycle, but 650mg/week is nothing too crazy....gains should be awesome though, u will probably need an AI on hand

just make sure ur diet is adequate for ur goals, the food u eat will in fact reflect ur gains.

personally whether its test-e/c or sust i start pct 14 days after last injection
