I want to take a 16 week cycle of decca at 400mg a week. I want to stack with dbol. What do you guys recommend on how to bring in the dbol. and should i start with 400mg right away? what will be the best stack and dosages? how much dbol. I have 5mg tabs of dbol.

Test E @ 500-600mg if you are a new into steroids. If your deca is legit, i think 200mg may give you good results.

A good first cycle would be:
1-8 Test E 600mg
1-8 Deca 200mg
and if you wish a kick start
1-4 Dbol 30mg ED

I wouldn't go longer than 8 weeks for a first cycle. But if you wish i think you could extende it to 10 weeks. PCT starts 2 weeks after last injection.

for a first cycle id recommend Test E or C 500mg/week 10-12 weeks. otherwise see my above post

Why run test longer then deca? Test E and deca have almost the same half-lives so both would stop acting at the same time and then star tpc.

If you deca is legit (here in brazil we can find organon at drug stores, but requires prescription) 200mg would be fine IMO. Although, yes, you can go up till 400mg. And if your deca is under you definetly should go for 400mg.

decanoate (nandrolone "deca"noate) is a longer ester than enanthate...I would always quit deca at least 2 weeks before you quit test, but thats just me.

Yeah, now that i thought better, stoping deca before test seems a smart decision. Test E HL is 10 days, and deca's 15 days. So quit deca 1 week before should be enough.
