CYCLE HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

Hello all :),Below is the cycle im preparing to go on in few weeks but I'm still confused about the AI "Aromasin",should I add it or should I not and stick to nolva for gyno control on cycle?and If I have to add it would it be from day 1 of the cycle or let's say at week 5? and what dosage would be best? any help is appreciated! thanks again for your time and patience ^_^
Test Enthanate 12 weeks @ 500 mg/week split twice weekly 250 monday 250 thursday.
Dbol 40 mg 4 weeks.
Liv52.
Proviron 50 mg ED 12 weeks.
Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno or should I start taking it from day 1?
Aromasin:confused about dosage/should I take it from day 1?Do I need to take this alone or with nolva!

Get arimidex for your ai. It's an aromatose inhibitor meaning it will stop you from getting tits! Lol keep it on hand just in case and if your nipples start to get puffy or tender start by taking .25 of arimidex 2x a week.

Male sure you have everything on Han before starting and know the reason you are taking everything as well
 
Thanks crispy! so you recommend not using it from day 1 and rather wait until I feel sore nipples? and I heard Aromasin is better than Armidex?
 
I take it this is your first cycle? I'd drop everything and just do test e so you cansee how your body reacts. If you aren't prone to gyno you may not need the ai but theres no way to know if you are so stick with the test and just get an ai for a just in axe scenario. Trust me your first run test alone will be enough to blow you away and you'll get plenty out of it.

Guess I should have asked before but stats? Age,weight,etc
 
I know greg but someone told me that AI will hindergains and some other say run it at week 5 after the dbol and some say from day 1 ; / what u recommend?
